Registration Fee

A Registration Fee of £10 will be charged both at the time of first registration and for all subsequent years. Registration Fees are non-refundable.

Short Notice & Odd Day Bookings

Short Notice and Odd Day Bookings are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. They must be paid for by 5pm on the day the place is confirmed as places cannot be reserved without immediate payment once booking has been confirmed. Payment is still required for Short Notice and Odd Day bookings in the event of cancellation or non-attendance.

Late Pick-up

A Late Pick-up Charge of £5.00 for every 5 minutes after 6.00pm will apply. If you will be unable to pick your child up before the normal closing time of 6.00pm, please ensure that you call the club telephone no. to notify staff. Please do not rely on a text message as we cannot guarantee that this would be received in time.

EYFS

– A Child is eligible for the Free Early Education Entitlement (FEEE) in line with the department of Education table below.
– A Child born on or between 1 April and 31 August will become eligible for a free place from start of term 1, in September, following their 3rd birthday.
– A Child born on or between 1 September and 31 December will become eligible for a free place from start of term 2, in January, following their 3rd birthday.
– A Child born on or between 1 January and 31 March will become eligible for a free place from start of term 3, in April, following their 3rd birthday.
